Module Four

CBT, Emotional Intelligence and Mindfulness
This module equips you to coach at the level of thought itself. You will work with the essentials of cognitive behavioural therapy and the power of thought in shaping behaviour, learning to recognise automatic thoughts, rumination, and the limiting beliefs that quietly run a client's life. You will develop skill in cognitive reframing, integrate mindfulness into your coaching practice, and learn how emotional intelligence and positive habit formation become practical tools for client transformation.
The Positive Psychology Thread
The reframe that makes CBT genuinely generative in a coaching context. You are not just helping clients reduce unhelpful thinking. You are helping them understand the cognitive patterns that block flourishing and build the ones that enable it. That distinction changes everything about how you work.
Module Five

Psychology of Coaching
This is where you learn the psychological approaches that inform modern coaching practice. You will move through person-centred coaching, gestalt coaching, personal construct psychology, solution-focused brief coaching, and narrative coaching. You will also be taken into the foundations of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and learn how acceptance and commitment translate into live coaching practice. Each approach is taught not as theory, but as a lens you can actually coach through.
The Positive Psychology Thread
The organising framework that allows these approaches to be integrated rather than fragmentary. You will understand not just what each approach does, but how it connects to the broader science of what allows people to grow, recover, and live with genuine meaning.
Module Six

Specialist Niches I: Corporate and Business
This module gives you the frameworks and the language to work with clients in high-stakes organisational contexts. Performance, executive, leadership, and business coaching each require a specific kind of depth, and you will learn to work across all four. You will be introduced to the ACE model, the implications wheel, GAP analysis, and the practice of coaching executive accountability, with the integration of positive psychology into corporate settings throughout.

The foundation that separates a coach who understands business from one who can genuinely transform how leaders operate. You will be able to speak the language of performance and engagement, connect those outcomes to the evidence on what actually drives them, and coach at the level where real change in leadership behaviour happens.

Specialist Niches II: Life and Wellbeing
Life coaching, health and wellness coaching, career coaching, relationship coaching. This module gives you the frameworks to work across all of them, including the stages of change and how to coach a client through transition rather than around it. And as with everything in this programme, positive psychology is the thread that runs through every niche, giving you the depth to work across the domains of life where people most often seek coaching support.

Masterclass One
The Psychology of the Unconscious
This masterclass takes you into the 95 versus 5 percent model of conscious and unconscious processing. You will work with Freudian levels of consciousness, Jungian archetypes and the shadow, the saboteur and the ego as coaching frameworks, and the conditioning of belief that shapes identity. You will explore how state, emotion, and physiology become coaching tools, and how your presence as a coach shapes the entire coaching environment.
Masterclass Two
The Flourishing Code
Why does achievement alone never produce lasting happiness? This masterclass works through the evidence base behind that question, from the hedonic adaptation treadmill to Fredrickson's Broaden-and-Build theory, flow and optimal experience, and the science of gratitude, savouring, and positive emotion practices. You will learn to coach through the four detrimental happiness patterns and work with strengths at depth, including how they show up in shadow and overuse.
Masterclass Three
The Quantum Coach
This masterclass reframes coaching through six quantum principles and challenges the assumption that the coach is an outside observer. You will explore why transformation is non-linear, develop quantum coaching questions for live practice, apply quantum coaching psychology in high-performance and executive contexts, and learn what it means to coach the mind as a quantum processor.

Community Coaching Labs are not lectures. Each is a live, structured coaching practice session where you apply the theory from the modules in a facilitated group environment.
