Write down two numbers. The price you'd charge if you knew they'd say yes. The price you actually charge.
You Said Fifteen Thousand. Then You Said “But I'm Flexible.”
They hadn't objected. They hadn't even paused. You just heard the number leave your mouth and something in your chest reached out and softened it.
A free 90 minute session on why that happens, and what it's costing you every month.
The Scene
You Know Exactly Which Conversation We Mean
Maybe it wasn't fifteen thousand. Maybe it was three, or thirty.
But you know the moment. The number goes out, and before the other person has said a single word, you're already filling the silence. With a payment plan they didn't ask for. With an extra call you hadn't planned to include. With the words “but I'm flexible,” spoken to someone who had already decided to say yes.
Then you get off the call and you're annoyed with yourself, and you promise that next time you'll just say the number and stop.
And next time, you do it again.
Here's what should bother you about that. You are not an unconfident person. Ask you about a client's business and you're decisive, precise, and completely unshakeable. Nobody who has watched you work has ever doubted you.
So it isn't confidence. It's something else, and it only shows up when money enters the room.
The Wrong Diagnosis
Three Years of Fixing the Wrong Thing
So you did what sensible people do. You assumed it was tactical.
You changed your niche. You rewrote your offer. You rebuilt the funnel, twice. You hired the coach, took the course, joined the mastermind. You've been told to raise your prices, know your worth, and step into abundance, and you agreed with all of it.
And your number has moved by roughly nothing.
That isn't a failure of effort. You have put in more effort than almost anyone. It's that every one of those fixes was aimed at your business, and the thing setting your prices isn't in your business.
Nobody has ever told you your higher number was too much. You have never said it out loud.
Which means your ceiling has never actually been tested by the market. Not once. It's been enforced from the inside, privately, every month, for years.
The Mechanism
Your Body Decided What You're Allowed to Earn
Your nervous system holds a set point for your income the way it holds one for your body temperature. Go outside the range and it triggers a correction.
That's the tight chest before you say the price. The knot before you post. The urge to soften a number that didn't need softening.
You've been reading that as doubt. It isn't. It's a threat response, and nobody in the history of the world has thought their way out of one.
Which explains the thing that's been quietly confusing you for years. Why you can know, intellectually, completely, that you should charge more, and still not do it.
Knowing was never going to be enough. Knowing operates on the layer above the one making the decision.
We'll show you the layer underneath, and the three states your system moves between that determine what you can and cannot charge.
The Ninety Minutes
What We'll Actually Do
01
Your number, named.
Not ceilings in general. We'll walk you through finding the specific figure your system has set as your limit, and you'll know it before the session ends. Most people find it uncomfortable to look at directly. That discomfort is the whole point.
02
Your revenue ceiling archetype.
There are three of them. One has been setting your prices for years and you've never had a name for it. We'll put all three in front of you and ask you to pick yours before we go on.
Then we'll tell you why most people pick the wrong one, and how to tell which one is actually running you. That part surprises almost everyone, including the people who have done a lot of work on themselves. Especially them.
03
Why it got set where it did.
Income set points are not random. They're built from something, usually early, usually not about money at all. We'll show you where yours most likely came from.
04
The three states.
Your nervous system runs in three modes, and only one of them can price, sell or be visible without cost. Most entrepreneurs spend eighty percent of their working life in the other two and have no idea. You'll be able to identify which one you're in by the end of the session, and for the rest of your career.
05
The reason mindset work keeps failing you.
There's a specific mechanical reason it produces three good weeks and then nothing. When you see it, you'll stop blaming yourself for something that was never a discipline problem.
06
One practice you can use the same day.
Ten minutes. It's the practice our mentorship clients do every morning, and it's the piece that separates the people whose numbers move from the people whose numbers don't.
You'll leave with your number, the mechanism behind it, and something to do about it tomorrow morning.

The Fit
Watch If This Is You
- You're a coach, consultant or service business owner.
- You're somewhere between $8K and $40K a month.
- Your work is good and you know it.
- And you've had the strong suspicion for a while now that whatever is holding your income down is not in your marketing.
Don't Watch If This Is You
- You're looking for a marketing tactic. We won't mention funnels once.
- You want to be told your pricing is fine and the market is the problem. We'll be gently direct about that not being true.
- You're pre-revenue. There's no income set point to find yet. Come back when you've got clients and this will make far more sense.
Who's Running This
Dr Catherine Plano has spent thirty-eight years on one question: why capable people stop themselves.
Her PhD is in psychological archetypes, the deep patterns that quietly decide how somebody behaves, what they'll ask for, and what they believe they're allowed to have. The three revenue ceiling archetypes in this session come directly out of that work. They aren't a marketing device, they're what she studied.
She holds the Master Certified Coach credential from the International Coaching Federation, the highest they issue and held by fewer than four percent of coaches worldwide. It requires 2,500 verified coaching hours. She has logged more than 5,000.
She founded Rise and Thrive Global, an ICF-accredited coaching academy operating across multiple countries. She has given two TEDx talks and written two books.
She is not going to spend this session telling you to believe in yourself.
The Honest Bit
Yes, There's an Offer at the End
We'd rather say that now than have you spend eighty minutes waiting for it.
At the end of the session we'll spend about fifteen minutes on our twelve week mentorship, and we'll tell you clearly when we get to that point so you can stop watching if you want to. The first seventy-five minutes are the session, and they're complete on their own.
We're also not giving away the assessments this time. We did that last round and we got it wrong. Handing someone a label without the work to move it isn't generosity, it's just a label, and people did nothing with it. The diagnostic work now sits where it belongs, inside the program, with a person interpreting it alongside you.
So the session gives you the mechanism and your number. What it can't give you is someone watching you in the moment your pattern fires. That part only happens live, with another person, and we'll be straight with you about that in the session.

The Two Numbers Are Still Sitting There
The one you'd charge if you knew they'd say yes. The one you actually charge.
That gap has been costing you every month for years, and it isn't going to close on its own, because the thing holding it open has never once been looked at directly.
There are three archetypes that hold it open. You'll meet all three in the session, and you'll find out which one is yours.
